Jay-Z and Rihanna will be in London this summer to help set the mood for the upcoming Olympic games. According to “Businessweek,” the two music stars will be among the headliners for the BBC Radio One Hackney Weekend. The event takes place June 23rd and 24th, with acts like Florence and the Machine, Jack White, David Guetta and Tinie Tempah also taking part. Hackney Weekend is expected to draw upwards of 100-thousand fans, and is just one of several events London has planned for this year’s Olympics. The 2012 Summer Olympics are set to begin on July 27th and will run through August 12th.
