She has 3 daughters, Nancy Kirk and Bonnie Robles of Topeka, KS and Sally (Ian) Steyn of Larkspur, CO, 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Joy and her husband happily lived their married lives in North Aurora then moved to Topeka in 1990 to be closer to family. Friends and family will remember her as a caring woman with a loving heart, forever patient and always willing to help those in need. Joy was full of life with a creative streak that allowed her to illustrate her imaginings and bring warmth to any place she went. She was admired for her great talent in painting, drawing, and sewing; her garden, like her, overflowed with color and life. She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband and always looked forward to time spent with family. Her sharp wit kept us on our toes and her true kindness and compassion endeared her to all. Joy Lorraine Glover made the world a better place by having been in it. She will be greatly missed.

Mary Jane Troyer Mary Jane Troyer, 74, of Plano, went home to be with the Lord on October 23, 2010 after a short struggle with pancreatic cancer.

Mary Jane was born October 7, 1936 in Ottawa, IL the daughter of Agner and Judith Kristine (Kristensen) Helland both born in Norway. She married Robert Dale Troyer on January 4, 1958, in Seneca, IL. A 1954 graduate of Seneca High School, she was employed by Illinois Bell for several years in the 1950’s and was also a night auditor for Best Western in North Aurora. She was an active member of Plano Bible Church for the past 40 years. Considering blood donation to be a privilege, she gave regularly for the past 23 years. She was honored by the Heartland Blood Center several years ago for her donation of 12 gallons of blood. Mary Jane donated blood 131 times; a total of 16 ?? gallons. She also loved visiting the Sandwich Rehabilitation Center after church, which she did most Sundays for the past 13 years, “because some of the residents never have visitors”.

She is survived by nine children, Debbie (David) Wright of Winston Salem, NC, Julie Kolodziej of Plano, IL, Susan (Gary) Fry of Brandon, MS, Roxane (William) Hartman of Big Rock, IL, Kevin (Lynda) Troyer of Madison, MS, Keith Troyer of Bellingham, WA, Jonathan (Patty) Troyer of Sandwich, IL, Eric (Barbara) Troyer of Clinton, MS, Jason Peter (Tricia) Troyer of Hinckley, IL; 24 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; three sisters, Irene (Gene) Aldredge of Albuquerque, NM, Dianne Hovre of Elk River, MN, Shirley Kroll of Davenport, IA; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her son, Mark Anthony Troyer, her grandson, Zachariah Robertson Fry and her brother, Jerry Helland.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 10:00 am at Plano Bible Church with Rev. Michael Deblois officiating. Burial will follow at Welsh Cemetery in Big Rock, IL. Joseph proudly served his country from 1942-1945 in the U.S. Army during WW2. He was a communicant of St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Ft. Myers. Mr. Tack, a 4th Degree Knight, was an honorary life member of the Knights of Columbus. He was also a proud member of the Romeo’s.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Patsy Tack; his children, Patricia (Frank) Tennant, Joseph (Lorrie) Tack and Thomas (Sarah) Tack; his grandchildren who referred to Grandpa as “Popsicle”, Michael (Margaret) Tennant, Patrick Tennant, Andrew, Suzanne, James, Joseph, Alexander, John and Anna Tack.

Visitation was held Thursday, October 21, 2010 and a Funeral Mass was celebrated Friday, October 22, 2010 at St. Columbkille Catholic Church, 12173 Iona Rd., Ft. Myers, FL. Burial is at Ft. Lee F. Benesh Lee F. Benesh, age 68, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 24, 2010 as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born on August 3, 1942 in Joliet, IL the only child of Frank and Ruth (Simmons) Benesh.

Lee was united in marriage on April 4, 1964 to his former wife, Karen Aschenbrenner Benesh, the mother of his five children. He was then later united in marriage on July 1, 2001 to Patricia Thomas and they have spent the next 9 years of their lives together. Lee was employed as a Stationary Engineer at V. V. F. in Montgomery, IL. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Benesh; his children, Lee (Lynn) Benesh of Oswego, IL, Randal Benesh of Oswego, IL, Jared (Shelly) Benesh of Newark, IL, Jason (Samantha) Benesh, currently stationed with the Army in Georgia, and Leora (fianc?©, Troy Creamean) of Corpus Christi, TX; as well as his seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
